HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Moore

This was my go-to shop years ago when Tonya managed the store. Started going there when it opened. I'd take my young son, as Kenzie was his favorite, then Tonya, then Shelby. Upper mgmt needs to help these gals out as wait has lengthened time after time & turnover is a problem. Some "stylists" have no clue which takes ones that do away from their client to assist/fix. In-store mgmt may or may not be the issue but upper mgmt shoulders this blame as any decent regional mgr could walk in & look on the faces of those waiting & notice there r issues. Train staff better & stop trying to service schedule based on past years #'s. The area has grown exponentially over the last few years & you guys aren't keeping up! Other places are nearby & you r losing tons of business!

It wasn't the wait as others have complained about; it's the pitiful haircut. The poor kid couldn't get the blow dryer to turn on. Clippers were shorting out or something. All the while, the young lady in the next station (#2) was giving instructions to #1 but to no avail- my girl just ignored it all. The whole thing reminded me of my college days when we used to pay $3 at the local cosmetology school to let students train on our crops. All in all, a freakish experience and I'll never go back. Who owns this place? We need to talk...
